Innopro Healthcare implemented the Veeva, a cloud-based CRM, which is built on the salesforce platform, designed specifically for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The Innopro Veeva CRM utilizes an internal database of Healthcare Professionals who are updated for important development of interest to them.

The implementation was achieved through a collaboration with Aqurance which is based in Athens.

Innopro Healthcare in collaboration with Ernst and Young designed and implemented procedures and systems which are compliant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legal requirements. All Innopro employees have been trained on the proper handling of personal information.
